Details: This property is situated in a village at an altitude of 540 m in an ecologically clean area, in the eastern part of the Stara Planina Mountain, under the Kaleto Peak. The village itself is situated 18 km to the north of Sungurlare, 25 km east of the towns of Kotel and Zheravna, which are towns of historical significance, and 90 km from Bourgas.

The area is a combination of the Balkan and the Luda Kamchiya River, and the proximity of one of the symbolic places of the wine production industry in Bulgaria - Sungurlare. There is a small, centuries-old forest of oak trees, the “Chatal Kain” cave, and the Luda Kamchiya River. There is a dam and a mineral spring.
